Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is the standard we work to. We do not consider a deliverable finished until it meets the brief we agreed with you, and we keep refining it with you until it does. This page explains exactly what our guarantee covers.

1. Revisions

Packages marked "Unlimited revisions" include unlimited revision rounds on the deliverables in that package until you approve them. All other packages include reasonable revisions on the agreed deliverables. In both cases:

• revisions apply to the deliverables and features included in your package or proposal;
• new features, extra pages or sections, a different concept or direction after approval, or changes to the original brief count as new work. We will always tell you the price and timeline before starting any new work;
• each revision request should be clear and complete, so we can deliver it accurately;
• once you approve a deliverable or the website goes live, further changes are handled as maintenance or new work. Clients on a Website Care plan can use their monthly support hours for these changes.

2. Website Care plans

For care plan clients, we treat a support request as complete only when you confirm you are happy with the result, as long as the request fits within your plan and support hours. If something we changed is not right, we will fix it at no extra charge.

3. Money-back guarantee

If we are unable to meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within the refund window for your service. The window depends on the service, for example 7 days for websites and branding and 14 days for Startup Foundation, and usually applies before revisions begin. Third-party costs such as filing fees, domains and advertising spend are not refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. What we need from you

Great results are a joint effort. Our timelines and guarantee depend on you:

• providing the content, materials and access we request;
• giving feedback and approvals in reasonable time;
• sharing your feedback through the Support Center or the channel we agreed, so nothing gets lost.

If a project is paused because we are waiting for information or feedback, our delivery timeline pauses as well.

5. What the guarantee does not cover

• Specific business results, such as search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or approval by third parties like banks, app stores or government offices. We work to best practices, but these outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
• Problems caused by changes made by you or another provider after delivery, or by third-party services such as hosting, plugins, apps or platforms.
• Work outside the agreed scope, unless we have agreed it in writing.

6. How to raise a concern

If you are not happy with any part of our work, tell us early. Open a ticket in our Support Center or email [email protected]. A team lead will review your concern, reply within 2 business days and agree the next steps with you.
